The surgically enhanced blonde went bra-free in a transparent white dress as she headed to Las Vegas for her party.
With the dress slashed to her thigh the mother-of-two had plenty of flesh on show.
Along with her bleached hair, tanned skin and oversized glasses, Pamela looked ready to party.
Yesterday she was presented with a cake in the shape of a champagne bottle as she visited the TAO Beach at Venetian Hotel and Casino Resort.
Eighteen years after she left Baywatch, Pamela is still best known for her role wearing the famous red swimsuit.
Earlier this year she told how her sons had yet to see an episode of the show which still holds the record for the world's most watched programme of all time pulling in 1.1billion viewers each week over the 21 years it aired.
