In keeping with her sporty theme she matched the outfit with white trainers.
Despite her misguided attempt at youthful dressing, the 52-year-old had no trouble when it came to keeping up with her younger friends.
She partied at Aura club in the capital until 3am, when she looked slightly worse for wear as she was driven home.
Madonna is in London to make her feature film directorial debut for W.E, which has been described as a 'two-tiered romantic drama.'
