This is the first time that Britney has stepped out publicly with Jason's parents, sparking rumours that their relationship is moving on a pace.
Britney and Jason have been inseparable in recent weeks with this being the third time in as many months that they have spent the weekend in Santa Barbara.
Britney appeared to be in a very relaxed mood and was beaming.
She must have been boosted by last week's decision by Los Angeles social services to close their child abuse investigation against her, claiming there was 'absolutely no truth' to accusations that had been made against her.
Spears' former bodyguard, Fernando Flores had accused her of beating her sons Sean Preston, four and Jayden James, three.
