Simple Summer Appetizer

My favorite appetizers, especially during the summer, are the ones that are the easiest & fastest to make!  This appetizer is one of my favorites because I have a love for onions that does not end.  Your breath may not smell the best... but who the hell cares?

Nance Pants' Cheese Ring

you will need:
1 pound shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup of mayo (the real stuff - no "light" business here)
1 cup of chopped pecans
jar of strawberry preserves
Toll-house Crackers

- Combine cheese, chopped onion, mayo, and pecans in bowl
-Lightly spray bunt pan with Pam and place mixture evenly around bunt pan
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour
-Run knife along sides of bunt pan, flip out and onto plate
- fill center with strawberry preserves and serve with Toll-House Crackers

I promise you will love it - I bring it over to friends parties all the time and though it isn't the prettiest or fanciest dish - it is SO good and cheesy!

xoxo
