He's known for his tactile manner but Russell Brand will raise more than a few eyebrows with these shots of him holding a pretty girl's hand.

The reformed lothario, 36 , is on set in Miami where he's filming new movie Rock of Ages, and the fair haired maiden is clearly a crew member.

Russell is given to such displays of warm affectionate towards people that such tender gestures largely go unnoticed.


But the fact that the pair of them were holding in hands today in a manner normally reserved for romantic couples is striking.

It comes hot on the heels of news that Brand's wife of eight months, pop sensation Katy Perry, is extending her tour well into November.

A source told the Mail: 'Katy has only four days off until the end of September, when she’s in Brazil.’

‘She hopes Russell will join her but isn’t sure whether he will be allowed entry because of his criminal record. She is taking a few days off for their first anniversary in October which they plan to celebrate in the UK.’


The pair are even have even put their L.A home in trendy Los Feliz on the market, with friends reporting it is empty most of the time.

When Brand delivered his best man's speech at rock legend Noel Gallagher's wedding at the weekend in England, Perry, 26 , was unable to be by his side.

Brand is said to have brought the house down by affectionately lampooning the former Oasis great, and telling stories about his new wife, Sara McDonald.

But there was no chance to relive fond memories of his marriage to Perry on a tiger reserve in India last October.

And with the comedian's commitments on the film - which is being adapted from the Broadway hit and stars Tom Cruise and Catherine Zeta Jones - destined to keep him in Miami for the foreseeable, it could be hard for the newlyweds to spend any quality time together.

But reports of trouble in paradise are unfounded, and it's likely that Brand is just being his usual touchy feely self.

Perry's tour takes her around the US and the UK over the forthcoming months, and Brand is so keen to see her despite their clashing schedules that he even flies with their pet cats.

She told the Daily Star: 'I miss my kitties. One time I asked Russell to bring the cats with him so we could all hang out. Putting a cat on a plane is strange, but I always make sure it’s in first class.'

La actriz británica Helen Mirren, recibió un homenaje en el Grauman's Chinese Theatre de Hollywood, no quisieron perderse el gran momento de la actriz ni su familia, ni su compatriota Russell Brand.

Esta comedia "Arthur", me parece que es un remake de "Arthur, el soltero de oro" de 1981. Con Dudley Moore y Liza Minelli.
Pero en la de Helen Mirren cambian al mayordomo John Gielgud, por una mayordama o ama de llaves, que será Helen Mirren.
Por este papel John Gielgud ganó el Oscar al mejor actor de reparto, así que ya sabemos que Dame Helen Mirren será nominada al Oscar 2012.

Reese Witherspoon se ha casado con su novio Jim Toth, en un rancho de su propiedad en California.
Se casaron el sábado , ayer...y no nos dijo nada.
Desde luego "Water for Elephant" tiene una publicidad estupenda, si yo fuera quien produjo la película le pagaría el banquete de la boda.
Porque llevarle un par de elefantes es una broma pesada, para tener elefantes y cosas raras ya se casó Katy Perry y Russell Brand en la India.
Aunque los más raros de esa boda no fueron los nativos, fueron Katy Perry y Russell Brand.
No recuerdo cuantas veces, o si se ha casado más de una vez Reese Witherspoon, pero sea como sea la ultima siempre es la buena.
El marido Jim Toth, es un representante, no le conozco de nada...y a Reese tampoco, pero al menos a ella la he visto en fotos.

En fin, la boda india se celebró, ahora que nos hagan un favor a los españoles, que repitan esa boda aquí por el rito gitano, dura 3 días, y con el circo que arrastran ambos, nos dejaran unos buenos euros que falta nos hacen...por la crisis.

El británico Russell Brand , pareja de Katy Perry, se encontraba en el aeropuerto de Los Ángeles cuando fue arrestado.
Dicen que por supuestamente golpear a un paparazzi.
He visto el vídeo, y yo no veo agresión por parte de Russell Brand hacia el fotografo, se ve un gesto, pero apenas le toca si es que le toca.
Al contrario, a quienes veo muy agresivos es a los fotógrafos, que se ponen casi encima de Russell Brand y Katy Perry, les cierran casi el camino.
Es increíble que por algo como lo que hizo Russell se le impute un delito de agresión, y una fianza de 20.000 dólares.
Los fotógrafos y la policía se pasaron tres pueblos.
