She recently revealed that her appetite for junk food was the reason behind her recent dash to the emergency room.

But as she took to the stage for her Good Morning America performance this morning, Selena Gomez was surrounded by Burger King logos.

The outdoor concert in Central Park was sponsored by the popular fast food chain, famous for it's calorie laden hamburgers, fries and thickshakes.

Wearing a peach embellished sleeveless top and a pair of indigo jeans, the pretty brunette girlfriend of Justin Bieber appeared to look a lot healthier since her emergency room dash last week.

In an interview on the show, she said she was feeling much better after her hospital stay.

The teen star was rushed in after becoming sick following an appearance on Jay Leno's late night talk show.

Gomez said that her junk food diet was to blame for the crash.

'I am doing much better, I am good, I just need to take better care of myself,' she said this morning.

'I was very low on iron, I was dehydrated and I was just exhausted.

'I am 18 so of course I want to eat whatever I want. My mum has definitely been stocking up on the vitamins.'

'I love M&Ms, Kit Kats, Snickers and Goobers at the movies.'

In an upcoming E! Entertainment Special, Selena admits that before she became famous, she was not ready to be a role model.

'I never really said I want to be a role model. But then when it happened I was so down for it,' she said.

'I'm human, I'm not perfect. I make mistakes all the time, but I guess my job is to keep those mistakes to myself, which I'm already fine doing and just try to be the best I can be for those kids.'

'I am young i spent the first three years hiding and terrified about things like this so I am enjoying being young and having fun,' she said.

'I can't shut it all out, I am human, I read what is going on but I try to shut it out.'
