Katy Perry has her cleavage photoshopped... to make it look SMALLER

By DAILY MAIL REPORTER

Spot the difference: Katy Perry's shot for VH1, left, was photoshopped to make her cleavage smaller compared to her curves at an event last week

Her womanly curves helped her bag a famous husband and won her legions of male fans.
But it seems that there is one group of who aren't so keen on Katy Perry's much admired cleavage.

Her representatives asked for her 34D breasts to be photoshopped smaller in a new promotional poster, in which she poses as a vintage pin up.

Katy throws her arms back and strikes a pose in the advertisement for VH1's Divas Salute The Troops.

'Her team thinks her boobs look too big, one source told Us Magazine, with another confirming 'It's true. The ads are being redone!'

The new promotional poster for the show reportedly shows the retouched smaller cleavage.

The event, to air on US TV on December 5, will be hosted by comedienne Kathy Griffin

It honours America's servicemen and women.

Nicki Minaj and Keri Hilson will also peform alongside Katy at the California show.
It's not the first time that Katy's chest has caused controversy.

Back in September her cameo on Sesame Street was cut from the show after parents groups complained about her low cut top.

But despite the outrage, Katy is no stranger to low cut outfits.
The 26-year-old favours clinging PVC dresses, cut low at the chest.

All wrapped up: Katy Perry hides from photographers as she leaves her New York hotel yesterday

But perhaps the VH1 request is a sign Katy is turning over a new leaf - after all she is now a married lady.

Just last month she wed husband Russell Brand in a private ceremony in India before jetting off for their honeymoon in the Maldives.

And yesterday she couldn't have been more covered up as she left her hotel in New York.

Katy wore a warm woolly coat, which obscured her face from view.
