The model stepped out in an all-white ensemble of fur-trimmed lace negligee and matching dressing gown.
Her lacy French knickers, stocking and suspender belt were clearly visible beneath the sheer dress, and she teamed the outfit with a diamond necklace and earrings and coquettish kitten heels.
Miss Brook is clearly putting her recent break-up behind her, revealing that she intended to visit the infamous Grotto in the Playboy Mansion.
'I'm a bit nervous about The Grotto because apparently I should stay clear,' she told the Sun.
But she added: 'I'm single now so it's probably where you'll find me. Where else do you go when you're a single girl?
'I get to meet Hefner and all the Bunnies - I'm really looking forward to it.'
The Grotto is an underground cave area of the mansion's sprawling pool, and is the scene of notorious sex parties and orgies.
Kelly is clearly getting into the Playboy spirit, and having to walk down the street in plain public view in her risqué outfit didn't seem to faze her.

The 30-year-old has even declared it was her 'naked month', referring to the fact that her Playboy shoot and naked billboard campaign coincided.
If so, then July was her 'nearly naked' month, as Kelly promoted her scantily-clad role in horror film Piranha: 3D. She was forced to defend herself after receiving backlash for appearing in a tiny bikini in every scene.
At the time she said, 'It doesn’t make me any less important than anyone else in the movie just because I’m in a bikini. That’s just the role I play.'
But despite her risqué appearances of late, the model and presenter has admitted to having the same insecurities as the rest of us.
News of the World quoted Kelly speaking of her apprehension before being photographed for Playboy:
'I was a little self-conscious about the shoot because I look at the other girls in the magazine and they're just so perfect.
'I'm not 20 any more,' she says. 'My boobs are real, and they even hang a little.'
