At a diminutive 5'1" Hayden Panettiere is used to looking up to people, but for once she got the chance to be head and shoulders above the rest, as she partied with some perfectly proportioned little people dressed as the characters from Charlie And The Chocolate Factory.
Arquette took over The Cavern Club, a huge four story building near the movie's set in Ann Arbor Michigan and filled it with crazy performers from the hit Las Vegas show Beacher's Madhouse.
A 'Happy Birthday Hayden' fireworks display went off as the local fire department paraded up and down the block.
And Panettiere was presented with a birthday cake in the shape of a giant blue dolphin - Panettiere is an outspoken activist and campaigner against dolphin hunting.
Beacher's Madhouse is a long running fixture in Vegas, famed for it's outrageous comedy acts and anything goes atmosphere.
The show is a favourite with young Hollywood and Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie and Lindsay Lohan have often been spotted in the audience.

However, Panettiere's Scream cast mates, and brother Jansen, were on hand to keep her company.

Scream 4 brings back past stars of the franchise, David Arquette and Courtney Cox, who met and fell in love whilst working on the first instalment, as well as Neve Campbell who reprises her role as Sidney Prescott.

She started dating Klitschko in December 2009. She's gushed about him: 'I’ve never had an athlete as a boyfriend before, and it’s an exciting experience.
'I think it’s awesome that he’s so athletic, but I’m most fascinated with his intelligence. He’s unbelievably clever.
'Even though I'm small, I can dish it out too. But I have to admit, I feel really protected with such a strong man by my side.
'Now, whenever someone's bugging me, I say: "Look out, my boyfriend is a boxer!"
