I open my Who What Wear e-mail yesterday..... and I see that their girl of the month is.....

Am I the only one completely perplexed by this?? 

Have I been living under a rock?? 

I read every magazine & entertainment website possible... and Solange hasn't been seen hanging around since she attempted to step out of Beyonce's shadow years ago.... not trying to hate - but Girl of the Month?? 

I do like the clothes they picked though... that Opening Ceremony dress & Suno top are adorable.
