Oregon's state legislature does a 'Rick Roll'

  The goverment actually did something that I can see the immediate benefit of.  I mean I'm rich and white so basically everything they do these days has some effect on some Americans, just not any I know or have any intention of knowing.  So as long as the douchebags weren't messing with my taxes I had no use for paying attention to the government.  I always thought there could be nothing worse than watching local government on tv.  Had I known that they would be inserting tiny fragments of Rick Astley's immortal 'Never Gonna Give You Up' into their speeches it would move up on the shitty tv list ahead of WNBA regular season games and maybe on even footing as Khloe and Lamar (who am I kidding I'll definitely be watching that massive beast and her husband).

Keep it coming Oregon, if you can find a way to get Huey Lewis "Stuck with you" and once my raging boner goes away I will contribute to your next campaign.
