Someone should have to pay up
For a moment it seemed like their world had changed. Jim and Dorothy Sprague believed that they had become millionaires overnight when matched six numbers in the Colorado Lottery. They began celebrating and thinking about the new life of luxury they would be living with the $4.3m jackpot. But their hopes were dashed a few hours later when they realised the local newspaper in which they checked their numbers had printed the wrong draw. - daily mail
This is as gross injustice as anything ive ever seen. If this happened to me, someone would be getting killed. Albeit the most likely person would be me via hanging disguised as Autoerotic asphyxia. I could not go on emotionally, let alone socially. You know how many people would have been bitch slapped, and kicked in their behind on my way to go collect only to figure out I had nothing. But I have thought about this before and I would not bitch slap anyone till I saw a bank statement with the money in there. Then I would set a up a booth, and send invites to people I hate with a check, based on what I think it would cost to slap them, everything filled out by my signature. Then they show up to my booth, get slapped, and get their check signed.
That old dude was creepy looking so here
