Moment to shine: Rebecca Ferguson showed off her curvy figure in a little black dress as she performed several songs as the X Factor Live Tour came to Sheffield
She may have come second to Matt Cardle, but Rebecca Ferguson proved herself as a future superstar as The X Factor Live Tour hit Sheffied.
The Liverpudlian single mother, 24, wore a series of slinky outfits as she performed to a sell-out crowd of 10,000 fans at the city's Motor Arena.
At one point, she was lifted up on to a huge platform with two purple 'wings' sprouting out from her back, making her appear like a butterfly.

She sang Show Me Love and Bob Dylan's Make You Feel My Love - a hit for Adele in 2008 and 2010 - receiving a standing ovation from the thousands in the arena.
Cher Lloyd kicked off the show with a four-song set, including Get Your Freak On, Boom Shake The Room, Hey You (Girlfriend) and Stay.
But getting the biggest screams of the night were boy band One Direction - perhaps because one of their members Louis Tomlinson is from the city.
Starting the show: Cher Lloyd was pulling her usual quirky facial expressions during her set, while Katie Waissel had fun singing King Of The Swingers
The five-piece - comprising of Louis, Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Niall Horan and Liam Payne - sang some of their most popular covers from the show, including Kids In America and Chasing Cars.
The Sheffield gig came after Mary Byrne revealed the extent of some of Cher's bad behaviour when the contestants all lived together during the live shows.
Mary, who releases her debut album Mine And Yours later this month, told the Metro newspaper: 'She was being a little bit of a missy. People were talking about her thinness and she started talking about fat people.
Arch-enemies: X Factor 2010 winner Matt Cardle (left) performs with his guitar, while Wagner Fiuza-Carilho danced with his usual bevy of female dancers
Biggest scream of the night: One Direction (L-R) Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson, Harry Styles, Niall Horan and Zayn Malik got a raucous reception
'And, you know, I’m a big woman, which she got quite abrupt about, so I said to her, “You know, every one of us has something wrong with us, there’s none of us perfect and you can’t keep putting other people down because you’re feeling low. That’s bullying”.’
However, Mary insisted that the 17-year-old apologised ‘because she knew she was wrong'.
The 51-gig tour started on February 19 at Birmingham's LG Arena and will end in Cardiff's CIA on April 10.
