The day after attending the fashion event of the year, Kate Hudson was back to the day job on the set of her new movie.

Following her attendance at Monday's Metropolitan Museum Costume Institute gala in New York, she was up bright and early to film scenes for her new film, Something Borrowed.

Dressed in a completely white outfit, one might think she appeared quite angelic.

But she certainly managed to inject a shot of sex appeal with the tightly-fitting low cut top, into which she poured her curves.

Kate also raised eye brows as she arrived at Monday night's gala, wearing a blush Stella McCartney dress which showed off her fabulous curves.

The actress reportedly had a boob job in March, and speaking of the dress at the event Kate admitted it made her feel a million dollars.

Stella, her friend and designer of the outfit, told American website Us: 'She said it makes her feel like a princess.'

McCartney added that the dress was 'made for the girl,' saying that it is 'very much [her] personality'.

Based on Emily Griffin's bestseller, Kate is set to play Darcy, a beautiful, bratty bride who gets everything she wants in Something Borrowed.

Ginnifer Goodwin, who plays Rachel, also stars and falls for Darcy's handsome fiance (played by Colin Egglesfield).
